We believe a company and its business should forever be held accountable. No excuses. No distractions by outside influence. This is why we will always be a privately-held company. No Wall Street opinions. No financial analysts telling us how to cut corners or shave costs.
We live (and love) our core values and will always do right by our tribe.
A natural desire to create an environment of truth and transparency in order to establish an atmosphere and a culture of clarity and great certainty.
Honesty implies a refusal to lie, steal, or deceive in any way.
Honesty demonstrates one’s ability to be vulnerable within one’s own true nature.
Honesty is simplicity at its core.
Compassion is the understanding that difficulty appears in life and there can never be peace and joy for oneself amongst adversity until there is peace and joy for others. Compassion requires the ability to not only see the world from another’s point of view but to then know how to work together to bring resolution for each vantage point.
There is a requirement of empathy, flexibility and patience that meets with accountability to create compassion.
Humble people are well aware of themselves. They know their strengths and skills as well as their shortcomings. They present themselves as mild-mannered, secure and polite, yet resolute in their beliefs and actions.
People with humility don't feel the need to boast about the things they can do. Rather, it becomes evident in what they do.
Empowerment is the ability of someone to help another continually be at their best. Empowerment is a way of leading that ensures others are best prepared and autonomous in their work, leadership and daily choices. It also ensures they are confident that others have their back should adjustments need to be made.
Empowerment is freedom with responsibility, while receiving the support each person needs from their tribe.
Creativity is the act of turning new ideas into reality. Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity involves three processes: observing, thinking, then producing.
Afterwards, its simply the art of harnessing the inertia of an idea to full-bloom over time.
